Shipping Policy

All custom resin orders will be processed between 3-5 weeks.

Processing time is the time that it takes to create and package your order. High order volume can increase processing times. Custom orders will have custom processing times based on design requested and if I need to order supplies to complete your request. You mat reach out at any time to check the status of your order. You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped.

Custom cut/engraved Glowforge items will ship within one week of placing order unless otherwise discussed during consult.

In stock items will ship next day.

Please double check shipping address before placing order, or message me as soon as you notice the mistake; and be mindful of shipping speed when placing order. Once items are shipped and no longer in our possession, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact your nearest USPS office for more information.
